day. Orders placed between Friday 3 p.m. Eastern Time and Monday 3 p.m.
Eastern Time will usually ship that Monday.

Tracking
Your Order
Once
your order is shipped, a tracking number will be assigned and you will
be notified via email. You can then track your order online by logging
into your account in the Order History section (simply click the
tracking number shown there). Or use our handy Track Order
feature - be sure to have handy your order number and the email address
used to place the order.
The online
tracking system will display the most current information on the status
of your package and when it is forecasted to arrive at its final
destination. Note: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time your
order was placed for tracking information to become available
Oversized
Items
Oversized items include train tables, play boards, furniture items,
large train sets, and other items denoted on the site. Each item will be
charged the applicable oversized shipping charges. Oversized items are
not eligible for free shipping promotions. Please note, these items
cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

USA offers a large selection of items that are shipped directly from the
manufacturer. Please allow 3 to 4 extra days for shipping these items.
Expedited or express shipping options will not be available on orders
containing these items during checkout.
